Promotional Tools

The Promotional Tools suite streamlines every step of your outreach—from crafting subject lines and press releases to writing product listings, event promos, emails, property descriptions, and SMS blasts. These guided applets help small-business owners produce polished, on-brand content in minutes, without hiring extra staff.

Here are a few examples:

  • A neighborhood brewery creates a wire-ready Press Release announcing its seasonal pumpkin-ale launch—complete with a catchy headline, founder quote, tasting notes, and distributor contact for local media.
  •  A fitness studio produces 4 versions of a full Promotional Email to roll out a summer membership special – each version contains a unique angle along with a suggested drip schedule.
  • A café uses SMS or Text Messages to send a lunchtime special alert—“Free espresso shot with any sandwich today! Reply STOP to opt out”—across its subscriber list in under a minute.

Why does the applet’s input form have an entry for a website URL?

The applet submits information from this location as additional input into the model for improved results.  The improvements may be in the form of enhanced relevance, improved accuracy or increased utility of results generated by the applet.  It only uses information from the location provided; therefore, you must be explicit.

By selecting the DOWNLOAD button, the plain text entries of an applet’s input form are downloaded to your computer in a comma-separated-value (CSV) file, allowing you to permanently save your data entered into the form.  A message will appear on your screen indicating the file has been downloaded to your computer.

We recommend using the Fastest setting for several iterations before selecting Latest to generate your final results.  Ultimately, you may want to experiment with both options to determine which option provides you with the desired results.

Generating the desired results may require several submissions of an applet’s input form along with more precise, detailed and descriptive entries in the form fields.  In particular, it may require entries in the form’s optional fields.
